Your order will be marked as fulfilled from the moment it’s been boxed up in the warehouse awaiting for the courier to pick it up. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking details will appear once the courier has processed the package.
We deliver packages through the following couriers: Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, and Purolator. The courier will be chosen based on the fastest estimated shipping time.

Nutrients can freeze when exposed to cold temperatures. We protect your packages by shipping liquid nutrients with heat packs and faster shipping methods during the winter months. Depending on courier, your package may not be sent out until the following Monday to ensure it does not sit in a cold warehouse over the weekend. Occasionally, our online inventory is inaccurate. In the case we cannot fulfill your order due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours whether to cancel the order or wait for the item to be back in stock.
We reserve the right to cancel & refund any order where we cannot economically ship to. If this happens you will be refunded in full and notified of the issue.

Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at marketing@futureharvest.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless you the customer paid the original shipping.

Purchased mine a year or so ago for the purpose of growing. Took a bit of a break and just started again when I was gifted some very healthy plants. Went to use the easygrow 5-4-7 I had on had and it has gone from white to black. Can I still use it or has it spoiled?

Easy Grow+ should be fed at a rate of 1-2 teaspoons per every gallon of water. Measurements will change depending on what stage your plant is in. How much water you give your plant will depend on a variety of factors such as size of plant, pot size, growing medium, temperature, humidity, etc. You can find up to date feed schedules on our website under DOWNLOADS. Can this be used in a hydrophobic dwc system?
Hello Trevor, thanks for your question. We don't recommend using the Easy series in DWC as it was designed for soil and coco. If you are looking for a simple feed sheducle I would recommened our Liquid Holland Secret 3 - Part. Micro, Grow, Bloom.

Hello Jeffery, you can use the Easy Grow for everyday feedings. 5-7 feedings of the nutrients a week shouldn't be an issue.
If you notice color changes on the leafs or burning tips try reducing the dosage.

How often do you use
It depends on the size of your pot and the type of medium your using. Generally you can feed your plants when the top inch of your soil feels dry. We recommend to do a pH adjusted water flush on every 3rd feeding.
Can this be used for foliar feeding?
This product can be used for foliar feeding. We suggest using half strength the recommended dosage.
Can the easy grow + and easy bloom+ be used in the reservoir of an autopot system?

Unfortuantely no, we don't recommend that. Easy Grow and Bloom is intended for soil and coco grows because there's a risk it could cause clogging. For reservoirs we recommend the Holland Secret 3-Part fertilizer https://futureharvest.com/products/holland-secret-tri-pack

If I'm using 3 gallon fabric pots, it says 1.5 liters of water per pot every 4 days.... can I give my plants 1.5 liters of water mixed with easy grow + without issue?
Hi Andrew,
Yes, you can feed 1.5L of water per pot every 4 days along with your Easy Grow. You'll just want to follow along with our feed schedule and spread the weekly dosages over your 2 feedings per 8 days schedule.
So for example, in week 1 we recommend 3/4 tsp of Grow per 1 Gallon (3.8 L). So if you're doing 2 feedings that week, you'd do 1/3tsp per feeding, and just slightly elevate the 1.5L to 1.9L of water (or just 2L to keep it simple).
